It’s probable your coaches will get better merely through repeated exposure to leading classes. It’s inevitable they will if you regularly take their classes & give them immediate, actionable feedback afterward.
It’s possible your new members will fall in love with your gym merely by taking classes. It’s far more likely they will if you make it your mission to seduce them over their first 90 days with you.
Anything can get better when you do it on purpose.
